By submitting this form and purchasing any work (from Ayanna Scintillare a.k.a MagiStarlight), you have read and agreed to the terms of service within this document. Please read carefully before proceeding. Any and all questions can be answered by contacting Ayanna Scintillare a.k.a MagiStarlight.
*If the client wishes for the work to be worked on privately/until an agreed on date or time, please be sure to contact before any progress is made.
By agreeing to these terms, the client agrees to the following:
Credit to the artist (Ayanna Scintillare a.k.a MagiStarlight) when reposting or in display on websites (ex: a banner, background, etc.)
*Signatures will remain on the displayed work unless discussed.
Art will NOT be used for AI purposes/to feed AI or NFT’s.
Work will be for personal use only and not for commercial use unless discussed beforehand. That being said, a fee will be charged.
Artist (Ayanna Scintillare a.k.a MagiStarlight) retains copyright to the work, but will give credit otherwise to the client for their character(s).
You are not allowed to copy, trace, or edit the work itself without permission.
The artist (Ayanna Scintillare a.k.a MagiStarlight) has the right to refuse any and all requests or commissions.
The artist (Ayanna Scintillare a.k.a MagiStarlight) has the right to display the work (whether it be finished, or work-in-progress) unless discussed otherwise with the client.
Commissions will be worked on in a timely manner (one at a time) to ensure quality per work.
Artist (Ayanna Scintillare a.k.a MagiStarlight, will provide progress or updates with low-resolution screenshots to the client.
No refunds (unless in special circumstances).
Estimates on completion can be from 1-week-2 months depending on the commission.
